Seated Acupressure is based on a traditional Japanese massage called 'Anma' which translates as 'Press and rub'. This style of massage has been passed down from generations and techniques are used to stimulate acupressure points which can be found in the head, back, neck and shoulders. This special sequence works to improve the flow of energy through the body and directly acts to rebalance the muscular, circulatory and nervous systems. You will leave feeling very relaxed, re-energized and ready to take on the world. 

Seated Acupressure is sometimes referred to as on-site massage and is about 20-25 minutes of pure heaven. The treatment is very gentle and non invasive as no clothes are removed or oils used.

This makes it the perfect treatment for individuals who have never tried massage before, busy men and women within the workplace, events or at pamper parties.
